The hotel info is finished. I will try to explain what we have set up. There are 3 hotels grouped together within a hundred feet of each other. We have all 3 reserved with one being the host hotel. We have the entire grounds of the host hotel leased to us. The rally will take place at the host hotel. They have a huge area!!! We will have a beer and liquor permit for the grounds. We will have vendors, bands, the whole nine yards right there. The only time you should have to get on your bike is for the rides we have planned.
With that being said..... there are about 150 rooms available there, once they are booked the over flow hotels are on the other side of town... so book your rooms quick
Due to everything being set up at the host hotel the way it is, we are hoping most people will stay at the hotel.... for those that wish to camp, we do have a couple of campgrounds BUT the closest camping is about 10 miles from the host hotel...... I have been in contact with two different campgrounds... I do not have any definite info on them yet....that will be passed as soon as it comes available
